Window Service is available from 9:00am to 2:30pm at the Crownpoint and Window Rock Agencies, these locations DO NOT OFFER same day service on request such as New Enrollment, Marriage/Divorce Updates, Name Changes, Affidavit of Birth.
Each request is subject to research, therefore same day service may not available for Certificate of Navajo Indian Blood, and BIA-4432 Verification of Indian Preference for Employment, etc.,
Chinle, Shiprock and Tuba City Agency are located in federal buildings which are closed to the public but continue to operate behind closed doors. No open date is available at this time
